Testimonials
"My daughter really enjoyed working with Bryn for her nutritional needs. She made the nutrition education simple and easy." --Amanda

"I contacted Bryn after taking my teen to the doctor for her annual physical. She had been gaining a lot of weight over a few years and while this is part of puberty, she was not eating properly or exercising. The doctor's office recommended working with a nutritionist and at that point, she wanted to make a change as well. Working with Bryn has made a significant difference in her confidence as well as eating habits. She has not only lost weight, but has come away with a completely different attitude to eating and exercise. She is healthier mentally and physically, and even after a few months with Bryn, I know the changes she has made are life long and will continue to benefit her throughout her life. Bryn is excellent with teens and understands how to work with them. Thank you so much, Bryn." --Anonymous
